Hello Keith,
I wanted to send a letter of appreciation to
you and the rest of the crew at
Metro Auto Rebuild South.
Returning from
my deployment in Iraq I purchased a
brand-new 2006 Mercedes to reward myself.
When pulling out of a gas station I was
side-swiped by an uninsured motorist.
Luckily nobody was injured, including the
two children in the other vehicle. But
after the initial shock I was definitely
concerned that my brand-new car was never
going to be the same again. Everyone has
those fears that the vehicle just won't work
correctly, or look as great as it did after
the accident as it once did when it was
brand new. So when I first walked into
Metro Auto Rebuild South I was interested
and of course a little apprehensive to see
how they would accomplish the task. I was
soon put at ease after meeting with Keith
Allison and his thorough explanations on how
the equipment and body work tools on
site, consisted of official Mercedes Benz
equipment. He further explained how my
vehicle would be put back together just the
way Mercedes manufactured it in the first
place, and I was definitely glad to hear
that! The best part of my first meeting was
that they were working on getting me back
into my vehicle as soon as possible right
when it arrived in their shop.
Not only did the
body work come out looking great, but even
though some of the parts for the interior
were on back-order from Germany, it was
still M.A.R.S's number one priority to get
me back in my vehicle as quickly as
possible! Then after the fact, they
notified me when the minor parts were in
stock to be installed and we scheduled that
according to my schedule so it was very
convenient for me. In this busy life it's
obviously a hassle to be without your
vehicle for very long, so having the major
work done and scheduling the minor details
at a later time so that I could have my
vehicle during the work week, was
definitely an essential need!
Coming from a
Military background I was even more
impressed with the way the team treated me
in a professional manner, even though some
of the workers were definitely in my age
group, and I don't necessarily expect the
salutation of Mr. to come from someone in
that age group, it was still great to see
that they were nothing but professionals
while dealing with me as their customer.
If I could take
it all back I obviously wouldn't have pulled
out in front of the vehicle, but since you
can't take back that action after your car
is already wrecked, the best decision that
you can make after the accident is to bring
your vehicle into Metro Auto Rebuild South.
Currently being in the Business World now,
I've repeatedly come across other Mercedes
and even other vehicle make owners. And
every time I see or hear that they need any
body-work done on their vehicle, the first
and only place I recommend is the great team
at M.A.R.S. Do yourself a little justice
after your accident and get your vehicle
repaired correctly the first time at Metro
Auto Rebuild South! Driving as
not-so-defensively as I should, you might
even get a chance to see my car there again
in the future! :)
